Does The Rustica have a space for ceremony and reception?
Yes, we do and they are both breathtaking!
How many people can The Rustica accomodate?
150 persons
Is there an area to have a cocktail hour?
Yes, we have a paved walkway to get you from ceremony to our decked cocktail hour location with an overhanging chandelier and outdoor bar area.
What aesthetic features does The Rustica have?
- Romantic lighting including a large and elegant main chandelier above a marble dance floor which is surrounded by 8 additional chandeliers. Your guests will ooh-and-ahh!
- A beautiful white ceremony pergola overlooking the gorgeous grounds, pond and fountain. The area is surrounded by a manicured lawn with abounding oak and palm trees.
- Paved walkways to get you to and from any location.
- A stunning, massive bridge spanning the sparkling blue pond (perfect for your bridal party photos!).
Is there parking for guests on-site?
If so, is there a fee? Yes, we have parking lot which connects to a paved walkway to get your guests to the ceremony location. Complete with ADA accessible parking spots. No parking fee is required.
How many restrooms does The Rustica have?
6 air-conditioned bathrooms are conveniently available for your guests.
Are there rooms for the couple and wedding party to get ready in before the wedding?
Yes, we have fully furnished bridal and groom suites on-site with plenty of room for your party to get ready with you! The rooms are complete with restrooms, vanities, coffee bars and/or mini fridges and large screen televisions.
Is there a kitchen on-site at The Rustica?
Yes, we have a full service catering kitchen on property.
Are we allowed to bring in our own alcohol?
Yes, as long as you utilize a licensed and insured bartender off our preferred vendor list, you are allowed to bring in your own alcohol.
Can The Rustica accommodate a DJ? What about a photo booth?
Yes, we have the perfect location for your DJ and photo booth at The Rustica!
Do you have a sound system to play music?
Yes, The Rustica wedding venue has an outdoor sound system for your use.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors I am required to work with?
No, we want our clients to be able to create their event based on their needs and wants. If you want our best recommendations, we will provide you our preferred vendor list during your tour to make your vendor selection easy.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Absolutely!!! We love seeing our couples’ unique style and creativity.
What decor, if any, is included in my rental fee?
Depending on your selected package, you can gain access to The Rustica’s exclusive decor showroom, complete with linens, decorative runners, and many centerpiece options. From ceremony to reception, we have you covered!
Do you offer a timeline coordination at The Rustica?
Yes, as well as vendor coordination. We do everything we can when you choose The Rustica to take the weight off your shoulders so you can focus on the important stuff – you!
Does the venue have photography backgrounds?
Yes, The Rustica has been thoughtfully designed for beautiful photos and videos everywhere you turn! From the lush gardens, sparkling pond, warm chandeliers, and twinkle-lit trees, you will find every inch is Picture Perfect!
Does the venue have a rain contingency plan?
Absolutely. We know how crucial having a wedding venue rain contigency plan in Florida is! We have both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, on-site tents, an indoor reception space, and a commercial generator on site in the event of power loss or outage.
Does The Rustica offer outdoor amenities, like yard games or a firepit?
Yes, The Rustica offers an expansive lawn game area where your guests can play cornhole or Connect-4. Or, feel free to hang by the lounge area and gas-powered firepit to warm up!
Is The Rustica wedding venue handicap (ADA) accessible?
Yes.
Is The Rustica conveniently located to hotels for our guests?
Yes, The Rustica has many nearby hotel and Airbnb options for you to choose from. A list of our favorites will be provided to you during your tour with us.
Does The Rustica have a dance floor?
