Here at The Rustica we appreciate that every one has different tastes and venue budgets. 

That’s why we designed the venue, and our packages, from the ground up. 

While The Rustica includes a fusion of rustic, elegant, and bohemian styles both inside and out, your unique wedding style will be right at home with us.

Wedding Packages & Pricing

Available For A Limited Time:

“Micro” Wedding / Elopement Package – Starting at $3,000

We understand that today’s “new normal” may have affected your wedding plans. That’s why we are now offering, for a limited time, a package that fits a smaller crowd, and budget! If your guest size is 50 people or less but you still want a beautiful venue, ask us about our Limited Time Micro Packages at The Rustica! Package price ranges depending on date selection. Select dates available. 

 

Ceremony & Photography Session – Starting at $1,200

Weekday options for 25 persons or less. Includes the use of the ceremony site pergola and seating for your guests. With available use of outdoor grounds and indoor facilities for photography opportunities. To learn more email us at info@therustica.com.

Silver Package – $7,500:

  • Venue time frame 11am to 10pm on day of scheduled event (8am if bridal suite is added), with a 6 hour event time

    2500 square foot, enclosed air-conditioned venue space for reception

    • Round or rectangular tables for up to 150 guests (linens not included)
    • White wood folding chairs for up to 150 guests
    • Additional 8ft, 6ft, and 4ft tables available
    • Sweetheart table with chaise lounge chair
    • 4 indoor bathrooms including complimentary bathroom items for guests
    • Gift table option
    • Cake table option (additional)
    • Indoor bar option

    Ceremony

    • Ceremony site pergola (chandelier optional)
    • Rustic style bench seating for ceremony up to 100 guests
    • Added white wood folding chairs for ceremony for additional guests, or reserved seating
    • “Serenity Tree” with 5×7 frames included for memorial table option
    • Exterior bathrooms
    • Use of umbrellas for bridal and groom party

    Cocktail area

    • Large outdoor covered bar with lighting
    • (10) cocktail style tables for use during cocktail hour (linens not included)
    • Ambient lighting in select trees, permanent string lights, outdoor chandelier over deck

    Bridal Suite

    • $350 add on, or $500 total if groom suite is also rented.

      • Approximately 30 days prior to your event a final planning meeting is conducted at The Rustica to help arrange your preferred table and chair layout and finalize event details
      • Your go to person for all venue related needs throughout planning process.
    • Parking attendant to help direct guests
    • Repeat site visits, not including pre-designated planning meeting, up to 1

    Rehearsal

    • 1 hour rental time day prior from 5 to 6pm for rehearsal, or for set up of personal décor

    Miscellaneous items

    • Picture area for guests with multiple back drops
    • Astro turf lawn game area with lawn games included
    • The Rustica’s signature bird house to decorate with your loved one to place on our “Love Nest” tree.
    • Propane fire pit area with lounge area and wooden bench swing
    • “Toes in the Sand ”lounge
    • The “Hangout” decked area with optional smore’s bar as optional addition
    • Snack bar option
    • Outdoor speaker system with blue tooth capabilities to connect to your desired playlist for guest entrance/ambient music

     

     

White Gold Package – $9,500:

  • Venue time frame 8am to 10pm on day of scheduled event with a 6.5 hour event time

    2500 square foot, enclosed air-conditioned venue space for reception

    • Round or rectangular tables for up to 150 guests
    • White wood folding chairs for up to 150 guests
    • Additional 8ft, 6ft, and 4ft tables available
    • Sweetheart table with chaise lounge chair
    • 4 indoor bathrooms including complimentary bathroom items for guests
    • Gift table option
    • Indoor bar option
    • Cake table option
    • Ability to drop of décor items and any additional items from home the day prior to event for storage
    • The use of any of our available décor items (with exception of greenery strands) including set up and breakdown of those rental items.
    • Set up and break down of our select décor items

Venue time frame 7am to 10pm on day of scheduled event with a 7 hour event time

    • Additional 8ft, 6ft, and 4ft tables available

  • The Rustica indoor and outdoor venue from 11am to 10:00pm
  • 2500 square foot, enclosed air-conditioned venue space for reception

  • Outdoor cocktail area under the oaks and lights
  • Outdoor bar
  • Directional signs
  • Picture area for guests
